I am a member of the Summer Scholars Program in Genome Sciences and Medicine and am working on expanding our reference database of plant DNA for the DNA meta barcoding project. I am also an undergraduate student at Brown University studying Biochemistry and Molecular Biology on a Pre-Med track. I am interested in genome sciences, especially as they relate to medical therapies. I also enjoy hiking, gardening, and spending time with my dog, Jelly Bean.
