I am an Assistant Professor in Duke University’s Department of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology and Center for Genomics & Computational Biology. While at Duke, I have been named a Beckman Young Investigator, Searle Scholar, a Hartwell Investigator, and an Alfred P. Sloan Research Fellow.
From the fall of 2010 until 2013, I was a Junior Fellow at Harvard University’s Society of Fellows.
I received my PhD in Computational & Systems Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2010, and I completed my undergraduate studies in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University in May of 2005.
