I’m Piper, an undergraduate student from New Jersey studying the DNA content of food items collected from Duke University Hospital. I hope to better understand how effective our lab’s method of metabarcoding is at reconstructing patient diets. Outside of lab, I love playing sports, reading, art, and hanging out with my sister’s dog!
